Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 30 days of purchase. Please email contact@atharaadventures.com for a return label. Once we receive the returned item, and confirm that it is not damaged, Athara Adventures will process a refund for the cost of the item (excluding shipping cost on the original purchase).  

Discounted items are not eligible for return. 

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for like items (i.e. in the event of a size exchange). If you need to exchange your item for a different size, please email contact@atharaadventures.com for a return label. As soon as we have received the return, we will send out the replacement item.  

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. 

Athara Adventures will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. 

Returned items must be delivered to us in the condition they were received. All goods will be inspected upon return. Athara Adventures is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in the return shipment, however, every shipment is insured up to $72.00 by the shipping provider.
